It will consist of comprehensive courses that will cover the topics of stress prevention at work, protection and health promotion.

All content will be created by experts in health psychology

PROJECT GOALS

Creation of an educational course on workplace stress and stress relief skills, based on interactive video content, that companies provide to their employees (workers and management) to prevent work-related stress

  • education and normalization – providing educational programs and health support to minimize presenteeism
  • technological innovation - contains various interactive elements that achieve greater user engagement and motivation, which is important since stress relief requires the acquisition of new skills, not just information

Stress related to work and the working environment represents one of the biggest challenges in the field of health protection that many organizations around the world face. Stress has a negative impact on the health of employees, their efficiency and motivation, and consequently on company's economic outcomes.

StressLyft is therefore intended for managers and employees to raise awareness of the importance of eliminating sources of stress at work and reducing exposure to stress in order to create a healthy and motivating work environment.
