Lamaro digital

We use the Lamaro Digital system for participants of the Academy's Contact Center program. The system enables us to have all the materials that are passed on the live modules available to each participant in one place. Everything is transparent on the user interface, which encourages the user to be active. We especially like that as administrators we can monitor the activity and progress of each participant and that the system has elements of interactivity (knowledge tests). We are satisfied with the implementation of the system, we received complete training from the Lamaro team and they are available to us at any time for any questions and possible help.

This year we introduced the Lamaro Digital system for the needs of education and development of our employees. We decided on the mentioned system because of the simplicity of application and because of the multitude of possibilities it offers us, such as personalized content for certain groups of employees, to monitoring the progress of all involved and, at the end, certification for the purposes of assessing the potential of employees.
